WRAT - Challenge Cup at the London Tournament, Western Fair Arena (Nov 16-18) ORA Annual Meeting will be held in Thunder Bay this year. Tween AA Championship is under discussion

9.1 Membership Services

Overage players - approval needed from the individual league; letter sent to the Region Executive; approval from the Region Executive; and the Region Executive will give you a letter to carry with you for the season.

9.2 Adult Development

Provincials will be held in Markham in April 13-15, 2002 and your deposit is to be sent to Mary Kaiser

9.3 Games and Tournament - Keith

Your Team Registration Forms are due to either Ginette or Keith. The registration and release deadline is today. Regional ice and Prelim ice has been set. The week of February 28 - March 3, 2002 is the AA Championships in London. Prelims are February 15-17, 2002 in Chatham. Regionals 2002 will be held in Waterloo at the new Rim Park.

There are posters available from Luc, Fire on Ice; a great promotional tool. The new 'A' League is doing well. Thank you to all the coaches for their co-operation. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact either Ginette or Luc. The Western Region All Star team are looking for ice time. If any association wants to make a donation of ice, please contact Donna Jones or Luc.

Level II Clinic is full. Check the web site. A special thank you goes to all the hosts of this years Clinics.

9.7 Sport Development

Goalie Clinic on December 22, 2001. Registration is $25, and watch the Region web site for the location. National Skills Instructor Clinic is on December 29, 2001 at the St Thomas Memorial Arena. Deadline for registration for either Clinic is December 15th. End of March - High School Ringette Tournament.

Reminder: Community Builders/Provincial/Regional Awards, please read the criteria, Mary needs them by April 1st deadline. Take a good look at your Association and recognize your people.

12.0 Our next meeting will be January 17th, 2002 here in Stratford at the Spruce Lodge. Remember to bring your $200 non re-fundable deposit for each team you register for Regionals 2002. Also, $100 for each Bunny team. Provincial monies are due to Jeanette Saint by February 1st.
