Minutes of the November meeting were accepted. Moved by Dorchester

The game between Waterloo and London is rescheduled to December 19 at 4:30 at Carling Arena.
Ice times/teams/tournaments: Scott has everything and will be doing the schedule.
There will be prelims for the Tween AA and Junior AA at this point.
SCHEDULING: Scott Borland
- end date of March 6, 2005
- league to start week of January 4, 2005
- schedule will be out by December 28 or as earliest as possible of that week
- crossovers will stay the same
- Home and Home series for all divisions including Petite groups
- some games still need to be played before the next schedule beginning January 4
- Every game scheduled must be played before Prelims
Provincials:
- A--March 17, 18, 19 20
- AA--March 10, 11, 12, 13
ISSUES: A vs AA
- Waterloo Belle A does not want to play Forest again but will have to do so
- Petites: London, Dorchester could possibly have an A team--Dorchester has decided to go A
- Forest considering retreating to B-recommends stay in League and schedule against bottom teams
- That will leave a group of 5 and a group of 6
- Group of 5: St. Clements, St. Marys, Dorchester, Elora Fergus and Guelph
- Group of 6: Exeter, Forest, Chatham, Waterloo, Dorchester 2 and London
CONVENORS:
- Petite: no report
- Tween: one game not played
- Chatham/London still working on rescheduling
- Junior: no report
- Belle: Chatham missed game on weekend
- Otherwise no report
