Peter Westelaken opened the meeting at 7:35 p.m.

The November minutes were approved as read. All in favour.
1st Half of the Season:
Convener’s reports:
Bill Rodgers ask everyone to please make sure if any switching games that they state the game # when informing him.
Had some discussion on whether rescheduled games when it doesn’t affect the outcome for both Belle A or Junior AA have to be played from the first half.
Petite:
Need to be played from the first half. Make best effort to reschedule as it may affect outcome.
Question asked: Could we reschedule these games in the second half. Let Scott know ASAP. Need to let him know if need to reschedule games (he needs to know when and where)
Webmaster Report - Keith Kasier:
Keith had a list of teams/games that he has no scores for they are as follows:
If these games have been played please get the scores into Keith ASAP, if not please get them rescheduled.

WORL 2007 Playoff Format
Petite (7 teams)
7 team round robin
After completion teams will be split into 2 pools, Top 4, Bottom 3
Top 4 will play 1st vs 4th, 2 vs 3rd. Winners to play for championship along with a Bronze game between losers.
Bottom 3 will play 3 team round robin with 1st vs 2nd for conciliation championship
Tween A (10 teams)
Teams will be split into 2 pools of 5 using a geographical split
Each pool will play a double round robin with home & home games
A cross over semi final of 1st Pool A vs 2nd Pool B & 1st Pool B vs 2nd Pool A
A championship of the winners will be played along with a Bronze game between losers.
Tween AA (2 teams)
Best of 3
Junior A (4 teams)
Teams will play a double round robin.
Semi final will play 1st vs 4th, 2 vs 3rd. A championship of the winners will be played along with a Bronze game between losers.
Junior AA (3 teams)
Teams will play a double round robin. Semi final will play 2nd vs 3rd. Winner to play 1st.
Belle A (4 teams)
Teams will play a double round robin.
Semi final will play 1st vs 4th, 2 vs 3rd. A championship of the winners will be played along with a Bronze game between losers.
Belle AA (2 teams)
Best of 3
Open A (3 teams)
Teams will play a double round robin. Semi final will play 2nd vs 3rd. Winner to play 1st.
Junior AA – Cambridge Tournament will use as prelims. Everyone plays round robin with each other at the tournament. The top team gets a bye and the 2nd and 3rd place will have to play off at a later date to see who plays the 1st place team. This has to be done by the 4th of February.
ORA Wild card selection process:
Bill Rodgers read the letter that was written and submitted to ORA on behalf of our league. There was some discussion over this. We were informed that the selection process will not change for this year.
