Scott Nosal called the meeting to order at 7:40pm. No new business added to the agenda.
Reviewed minutes from Sept 11th meeting. Amendment to the minutes – 1st page: delete Chatham Junior A; add London Belle A. Motion to accept the minutes of September 11th with the above amendments: Elora Fergus/Stratford . . . carried.
Treasurer’s Report: Lori Adams
Balance is $6436,24
Kitchener and St. Thomas $350.00 bond is outstanding.
One time membership fee of $50.00 for any new Association joining WORL
Scheduler’s Report – Scott Borland
Check website for changes (especially game #’s in the Tween and Junior division)
Score reporting is now online
Games with a date of May 1st are the responsibility of the Home team to schedule. Three options should be given to the away team.
Schedule does not include playoff games
If an exhibition game is set up, ensure you contact Tania re: officials
Referee in Chief Report – Tania

Balance from the 06-07 officiating pot. Credits will be issued to those teams that paid into the pot. No refunds unless an Association does not have teams playing in WORL this season.
Motion: That every Association with an A/AA team put $75.00 per team into the WORL officiating pot payable by October 31st, 2007. Tania/London . . . . carried
Cheques to be sent to Lori Adams at 99 Wheeler Ave Dorchester, ON N0L 1G2
Rule Change Clinic in London October 21st. Regional Coaches and Parents at 2pm; Provincial Coaches and Officials at 3pm at Carling Arena. Not mandatory to attend but is strongly encouraged.
72 hours notice required for scheduling of officials. Less than 72 hours notice Tania will not schedule an official.
Game changes – Tania should be made aware of any changes. Correspondence goes through your Association RIC and cc’d to Tania. Tania@clhc.com

Most teams have sent in their releases. There is a $50.00 fine per game if player plays without signed release.
Arena audits due Nov. 1st
Elite Coordinator – Mary Kaiser
Declaration date for Nationals is January 8th
Credentials needed only for new bench staff or those that have upgraded.
Shotclocks are with London Open A; Stratford; Exeter and St. Clement’s. Melinda from London needs them for the London Tournament. Make arrangements with her as to when you will be dropping them off.

Copy of game sheet must be sent to Janet within 24 hours if there were any fully served penalties.
Tania is away November 24-December 15th
Let Association Registrars know that they need to get online and start registering teams as soon as possible.

1. Motion to accept the minutes of June 26th with the amendment removing “Open” from the Kitchener A declaration: Stratford/Mitchell . .carried.
2. Motion: That goaltenders be exempt from the 2 game substitution rule in WORL. Donna Jones/Scott Borland . . . . carried
