WORL A/AA Minutes

Date: June 15, 2004

Location: Upper Optimist Hall, Stratford

Meeting began with the selecting of an Executive for the 2004/2005 season. Those present were asked to fill positions (one per association)

League Executive: President—Luc Lagrainge

Registrar and Treasurer—Keith Kaiser**

Secretary—Betty Ann Kerrigan (Forest)

VP Suspension/Referee in Chief—Western Region Officiating Committee

VP Scheduling—Dorchester

Division Conveners: Petite—Bill Rodgers (Chatham)

Tween—Murray Spivey (Waterloo)

**At the time of the meeting Bob Clements (Elora Fergus) was unsure of the position that Elora Fergus would be able to fill. Originally slotted to fill the Registrar position the Elora Fergus Executive requested that they be given the Belle convening position. Keith Kaiser would then fill in as Registrar for the year.

Motion by Guelph that we adopt the CORL Rules and Bylaws as a framework (starting template) incorporating the points mentioned above to be reworked over the course of the year (season) and amended as required. Seconded by Tillsonburg. Motion Carried all in favour.
