Playoff format and scheduling for conclusion of 2009/10 season was discussed. For each division the best solution may be different. Decision to find out what teams in each division want to do within their division for winding up the season and determining a champion. Would like a decision by the end of next week, and get to Dave with the format that they choose.

Feedback to go back to Peter Westelaken if there are concerns about the minimum number of home association players needed to declare/host a team for the upcoming season.
After clarification of the proposed closet/chosen motion that is going forward to the ORA AGM, some questions were asked:
1 - Can the chosen association refuse to sign the release of a player in the second (third) year, if a closer association, other than the home association offers that level of play?? Yes
Peter is looking for guidance from the WORL associations at large as to whether he should proceed with supporting this motion on behalf of the region. 10 in favour; 2 abstaining - passed
Report of Ad hoc committee updating rules and bylaws - Westelaken, Houghtling, Daultrey
