Correction in January minutes. Should read Petite A wildcard – 3. Tween A wildcard – 2. With this amendment, January minutes were accepted by St. Marys and seconded by Chatham.

Keith spoke about Prelims mentioning that teams must register before first game. A team adjustment form must be filled out indicating any players or bench staff that will not be attending.

Schedule has been altered somewhat to make room for the final game in Junior AA division.

As far as Bill knows there are just 2 petite games to be rescheduled.

A letter was received from Chatham indicating problems their petite team was having with Waterloo canceling a game without sufficient reason. It was noted that other teams have had problems with Waterloo canceling games as well. Keith will send a letter regarding this matter to Waterloo. Fines will be levied to any team that cancels games for insufficient reasons. W.O.R.L. games should take precedence over any other league games if a team is playing in two leagues. The fine for missing games for insufficient reason is $300.

When corresponding with conveners regarding games please indicate the following in your correspondence, game number, division, location of game and teams involved.

The W.O.R.L. AGM will take place in Dorchester on Tuesday, April 19, 2005. All associations must have a representative at this meeting for each team and all coaches are invited and encouraged to attend.

Any changes to Rules & Bylaws to be sent to Betty Ann Kerrigan, 4334 Aberarder Line Camlachie, Ont. N0N 1E0 on or before March 1, 2005
