As in past years Western Region has tried to make the registration process as simple as possible. All we require is that the following registration slips be printed off filled out and brought to the Tournament Headquarters at Aptiva Arena Thursday March 29, 2018 prior to a teamís first game. It is quite acceptable that one person from an association register all teams within that association or if each individual team wishes they can each register separately. Either way registration consists of a properly filled out registration slip, appropriate gifts for the prize table and any pre-approved TRF adjustment forms. At the Registration Office the slips will be accepted and gifts will be logged. Note Souvenir Programs will be available for purchase at all venues.
The Prize Table is a significant part of this event and all proceeds go directly back to the Region and the Associations. It is requested that at least one prize per team be donated and we do not put a minimum value on the items. For its part the Region each year provides a Loonie and a Toonie Ringette Stick. Tickets are available at all venues and the gifts will be on display at the AptivaComplex throughout the Event. The Draw will be conducted at 4 PM on Friday March 30, 2018 and the winners will be posted at the prize tables once complete. All prizes can be claimed at the Prize Tables until the tournament is complete on Saturday and any unclaimed prizes will returned to the home association of the winner as listed on the draw ticket.
The Registration forms provide a place to list Hotel Rooms for each team. Please note we are not concerned in this reporting if you used our corporate sponsor ASA to obtain your rooms just if you are staying overnight or commuting and the number of rooms.
